I have been ordering flowers from here for the past 5 years and every product they produce is phenomenal! There has only been one time where my order had failed to deliver, but by the time I had contact the store, the owner had already found a solution. Their communication is always direct, as well as they are always kind and very humble. They are very professional and always strive to be better. I will continue to shop from here! There is no better flower shop, highly recommend!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The flowers were beyond beautiful. I was a bit late in ordering for the birthday girl but with 2 hour delivery the floral gift arrived on time. So beautiful!!!! They honored my request to text me a photo of the arrangement. Thank You to "I Want Flowers". You can't go wrong with this floral designer/shop. I highly recommend.

The order was not delivered with everything I purchased. in addition they had to substitute flowers from what I had selected online. With that being said, the substitution was an upgraded flower and when I was able to get a hold of them they refunded what was not delivered. So very good customer service and the flowers were delivered the same day which was great as well. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered flowers online from them. I'm in South Dakota. They called me because they weren't able to deliver what I wanted, but offered me another choice. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. My grandma was admitted in the ICU and I Want Flowers tried day after day to get the flowers to her. They never were able to deliver the flowers to the hospital, so they sent them to my grandma's house instead. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flowers in Kansas City!
